Welcome S. Brannon Consulting, our partnership with Yardi™ and our reputation as a firm that gets things done, has opened doors to consulting with the who’s who of Real Estate in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
We proudly serve a diverse client base, including Commercial and Residential Managers, Developers, Non-Profit Affordable Housing Managers, and Public Housing clients.
We are Yardi consultants who specialize in Yardi implementations, Yardi custom reports and Yardi training.
The Team
Susan Brannon
S. Brannon Consulting's founder Susan is a native Oregonian. She has an Accounting Degree from Eastern Oregon University and has been working with clients who use Yardi for 25 years. She is a SQL expert and loves helping clients create processes to make their lives easier.
When not working, she enjoys gardening at her home near Portland and spending time with her husband, two children, and her labrador retriever Shy.
Amity Lindsay
Amity’s career has been focused on managing affordable housing programs. She also has an extensive background administering federal programs – everything from work source grants to transportation plans. She has worked with Yardi as a user and as a Voyager implementation manager, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the software. She has a degree from the University of Oregon and has completed graduate course work at Portland State.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family – mellow bike trips with great scenery and food are her favorites.
Amanda Brimm
With degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, as well as a natural talent for all things technical, Amanda taught herself the magic of writing SQL scripts and creating Yardi custom reports while working for a midsize Affordable Property Management company in the Pacific Northwest.
In her personal life, Amanda has lived the sailboat cruising dream in both the Caribbean and Mexico, loves to backpack, and plans to turn her Northeast Oregon backyard into a tiny farm someday.
Michael Brannon Jr
An integral part of our team, Michael is in his final year at the University of Wisconsin, studying computer science. He assists with implementations, creates Yardi custom reports in SQL, and interned with one of our clients for two years, working as their Covid Rent Relief point person. They continue to request his help on special projects.
He has a passion for real estate and software development.
Veronica Coenen
Veronica brings over 20 years of Property Management Accounting expertise to the team, with a focus on Yardi Software for the past 15 years. Her proactive approach includes process reviews to ensure compliance, enhance efficiencies, and profitability maximization.
She holds an Accounting degree from Portland State University and has hands-on experience in Commercial, Residential and Non-Profit Accounting.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with close friends, her husband of 23 years and her three children.
Veronica Dunn
Since we have two Veronica’s on our team, you may hear us endearingly refer to Veronica Dunn as “V”. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest, currently residing in East Clackamas County with her partner and four dogs.
Since 2010, she has excelled in property management, specializing in accounting solutions. She has experience in multiple programs: Jenark, Property Blvd, Appfolio, and Yardi, bringing expertise to diverse property types, including single-family homes, multifamily units, commercial spaces, HOA, and non-profit properties.
Skilled in auditing, financial management, collections, and Yardi module implementations, Veronica is committed to streamlining property operations and ensuring the financial success of our clients.
Christian Ledbetter
Christian is currently working with one of our clients on an interim duration assignment and continues to help us with various projects.
He has a degree in Community Development from Portland State University and has years of Multifamily and Affordable Housing experience as both a site manager and as a Yardi Support Specialist for a Midsized Affordable Housing Non-Profit.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and growing roses at his home in Portland.
